I expected better for what it costs. It felt cheap right out of the box, and common sense says something at this price should hold up longer than it did. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I returned my order to cocobeauty.com thinking it would be straightforward, but somehow it turned into this whole annoying thing. Maybe I was expecting too much, but returns are usually just send it back and wait a bit, not keep checking like it’s a mystery case.
I had to email more than once about the refund, and the replies took ages and didn’t really answer much. It felt like nobody looked into it unless I reminded them, which is frustrating, because I already returned the stuff, so in my head the refund should basically be done.
It took way longer than I expected and it put me off ordering again. Maybe the products are fine, but if the return process is this stressful, I’d rather not deal with it.
